Shipping Policy

Local delivery to the Hunter Valley and surrounds will be a minimum of 1-3 days. Delivery outside of the Hunter to most capital cities will be up to 7 working days.

Deliveries to regional centers and Western Australia may take up to 21 days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact us via email: winemaker@gfewines.com for returns and/or exchange of damaged products or issues with distribution or deliveries.

It is recommended that any goods received that have been damaged in transit be photographed for proof of damages in transit, to allow us to assess the way we can remediate the issue.
